Ultimate HPI Baja 5B Broken??!!

Yes… The big 1/5th scale HPI Baja 5B can be broken. its not that indestructible after all. But before you said, “Ok, you said it. I dont want that Baja anymore…”. Think again. Would you believe such big scale Baja can be broken by any human being..after all the mag said it would not.???

Oh yes… my friend Dracy69 did it on its first run. Hahahaaha! Now, thats the true durability test. he broke the head off the dogbone! On an awkward angle landing! LOL!

It can’t be true. Frankly I can’t believe that anything could break in Dracy’s capable hands. Clearly, HPI need to give a 5b to Horatio and JFC to help them with the necessary development work….;)

lol, everything breaks at my hands. It isnt fair to make fun of the Baja though, I held it wide open in the air and it landed sideways. I forgot to let off the gas…..I mean i broke my Micro-T within the first few minutes of having it……cmon.
and this was the Baja’s like 4th run.

im with horatio… HPI shud give us 5B for testing. they should expect kid like dracy to foul it. its not your fault dracy. if experience driver can do such thing… what more like horatio and me?? Hehehhe.

i broke mine on my second run. awkward landing did it. it landed upside down at full speed, and the back wheel was pushed down, snapping the nylon bolt at the top of the shocker off. it also creaked the shocker tower, and with there been no suspension when i drove it back to me, it tore the rubber seal around the dogbone. costly mistake, but i dont care. these things can still take one heck of a beating, but as everything ells, it has its weakness. dont mean i dont love it though!

i can not belive that my baja has taken a beating but nothing has ever broke on it
