Sega Off Road Buggy Race Video!?
Yes, you read it correctly. Its Sega Game(EU 1993). The developer was SIMS. I was browsing in the YouTube and i found this 2 videos and it is really interesting. If you look closely, it also has the suspension level tune-up, tires setting, optional nitros and a few more. Thanks to CRVKHZ for posting this video. It still offroad buggy for me. 
The best part again, once in awhile you can get cash on some of the corners. Meaning you really have to drive skillfully and on the right lane. Hahahha. This is so good.
