We would like to do two things in this post. Firstly, sorry to all regulars here. Blog has not been updated lately due to the second thing we want to announce here. Just for info, the blog owner, Joneh, has just recently celebrated the new arrival of baby twins, both healthy baby boys on the 10th August, 2007. Early Friday morning at around 6 to 7am.
Joneh is now resting at home taking care the babies together of course with his lovely wife and his elder, 3 years old son, Josh Luke. Life has been really hectic and stressful, he said. He said to us to inform you all that he is sorry that this RC Nitro Offroad blog has not been updated for quite some times. He promises he will after everything is under manageable situation. For the time being, NOT, he said
All of his truggy, buggy and HPI Savage monster truck are inside the store room. All kept for next year rumble. He’ll Be Back He Said!

We have to make this announcement earlier before any misunderstanding or unsatisfied visitors and friends here. In the coming months and days, there will be some paid review, paid links and sponsored posting in this blog. They may be directly unrelated to our radio control news. Please read our disclosure.
The decision came to us due to the higher cost maintaining the hosting and the work involved in updating the content. We hope we can satisfy everyone needs here. Sadly, everything needs money to run well. So, we hope you all still with us, supporting and of course we still updating the core news, info relating radio control nitro offroad for all. As you can see, we have quite a few advertisement in this blog unrelated to the RC Nitro and this is of course needed for us to survive. Once again, please read the blog disclosure.
Thank you.

XRAY has released this cool looking buggy wing sticker sets for their XB8, XB8TQ, XB8EC and truggy XT8. With their extra bright, luminous colors, you definitely have the ride of the day

For easy application, the stickers are die-cut so you just have to peel off the sticker and apply to the body. These new stickers have an extra bold outer outline to make the XRAY and XB8 logos stand out and be highly visible from a distance. Available in various luminous cool colors to match every different paint scheme of the buggy or truggy, as well as matching the different-colored XRAY wings.

Is this the new buggy, Team Magic M1B Turbo the result from the former team driver David Crompton leaving Team Magic M1B?
Whatever it is, we are more than happy to feature it here. From what we got from rcview.com, it is going to be available by this Sept 5th.

Team Xray has come out with their valuable tip on the XB8EC Buggy and answer to question why chassis flex is actually better than stiffer setting.

The XB8EC chassis is manufactured from premium Swiss 7075 T6 and is hardcoated on XRAY‘s own fully-automatic state-of-the-art robotic hardcoating line.
Some XB8EC drivers who were used to the XB8TQ may feel that the chassis is softer, but please note that the XB8EC chassis is not softer but rather it is more flexible due to the use of composite braces both front and rear. The XB8TQ included both composite and aluminum braces and experience has shown us that most customers installed the aluminum braces; this made the XB8TQ chassis flex less and in most racing conditions where a more flexible chassis was required the XB8TQ did not have sufficient traction. For this reason XRAY decided to include only the composite braces in the XB8EC kit, which can be used in most standard racing conditions as
they provide more chassis flex, making the car easier to drive.

Werks Racing really on its aggressive move and you just could not blame them. Just look at their achievements so far. To ensure their products, especially the Werks Race Blend Fuel dominance all around the world, they has signed up a new driver from Finland, a name you probably heard many times in the final of buggy class in the Europe. He is none other than Joseph Quagraine. He is going to power his Hobao Hyper with OS engine and this new Werks Race Blend Fuel in the future. Congrats and all the best wishes for you JQ
