Why David Crompton result was bad in Neo Race!?
To those who does not have the privilege to view the forum at neobuggy.net, here’s the problem to why David had such a low result. Its not because of the Team Magic M1B Buggy and obviously not because of his driving. Duhhh.
Pictures and interview done by oople.com next…

Hi
As it was the first meeting with the M1B I had improved the cars performance, by the end of qualifying I had knocked over 20seconds off my original time
In the Semi final practice I had a problem with my steering servo so I quickly changed while the other semi had their 10 min practice. But in the warm up to the start of the semi I had an electrical problem shot the car flat out into the wall. I broke the front end but the race orginisor would only give me 5min to fix it. So i borrowed a car to race the semi while my pit crew fixed the M1 ready for the main final.
As I was getting it ready I had noticed that both servos were fried so I changed them at the last minute and just made the start of the main final. Little did I know that there was a fault with the steering servo and that the fuel tank was split from the heavy impact with the wall so i only managed 4 mins before running out of fuel.

conclusion… its the damn faulty servo… isk isk isk. I feel for DC. Bad luck do happen to top driver too, you know. Next time DC. Get them. All the best!

Awesome! What is your favourite feature of the track and / or what would you change if you could?
Rostrum needs to be further back, the track is so different from one end of the rostrum to the other. Top right hand corner and the back section is cool.Have you had chance to practice on similarr tracks prior to this event?
NopeWhat do you think to the organisation and quality of drivers at this event, would you like for instance to see more international drivers in attendance?
More international drivers, better class / think it will be better next year as it’s very good this year.
Have you ever heard of oOple.com ?, if so what do you think of the site?
Yes, very cool.

Hard lines - too bad when the replacement servo is also faulty. I wonder what servos he was using? Remind me never to use them - I bet they weren’t Hitec!!
