RC Truggy and RC Big Foot Racing in Portugal

Another great news to all Truggy and Big Foot aka Monster Truck fans. There has been a race for [tag]Truggy and Big Foot in Portugal[/tag] just been reported by our News Partner, [tag]Neobuggy.net[/tag]. It seems the [tag]GS XUT truggy[/tag] dominates the race with more racers using them to be on the top. Well done to GS Team in Portugal. Not forgetting, of course for [tag]Team Associated[/tag] victory in the Big Foot class.

On the race:
Cavalieri and Maifield were both awesome, qualified 2nd and 4th. We tried some more things on the setup and the cars are coming along nicely. Unfortunately the weather was terrible for practice so we didn’t get much track time. Also, Saxton was ill all weekend and not at 100% strength.

In the main the top 5 broke away (Cavalieri, Truhe, Maifield, Tebo, Bradley) and stretched out a gap. A flame-out by Truhe gave Cavalieri some breathing room with Maifield in 2nd. Pudge had a cracked part in the front end that flexed open in a crash and popped out his upper arm…..we fixed it in the pits and he lead until the 49 minute mark. A crash on the big triple made it pop out again and one of the parts fell off so we couldn’t repair it. Maifield got into the lead but a miscommunication with his pitman caused him to run past pit lane and he didn’t have enough gas to make it around again. He made a great charge at the end but didn’t have enough time to get around Jared (who drove great and mistake-free at the end).

Team Associated RC8 buggy picture is out! No more hiding!

At last, we finally be able to see the illusive [tag]Team AE[/tag] [tag]RC8[/tag] [tag]buggy[/tag] pictures. To be honest, Im surprise. Its just that normal look of any buggy out there. I expected something … hmm, how do i say it, different, unique, radical and surpise. But dont take my word. You have to see closely and touch it. Im sure there are something unique just from AE engineer. I hope so.
