We just cannot ignore this report aka comment made by our Malaysian Top Offroad Buggy and Truggy racer, Mr David Lim, at one of the Malaysian Thread in rctech. Go ahead, read what he said and tell us later why he is always on the top podium and why he is always so kind to all of us. Great personality and work ethic – is a formula that equal champion in itself. No wonder he is sponsored by many companies and currently is under Team Losi Malaysia and Werks Racing Malaysia.

To My Friends & Off-Road Lovers,
To be frank, I have been thinking for quite sometime should I write out something to share my experiences. Today I have made up the decision, and decided to put in writing and I totally have no intention to hurt anyone feelings nor create any unnecessary forum wars ok. If I unintentionally said something wrong, kindly accept my apologies. Nor I am trying to show off my collection of achievements ya. I have been following up on this forum since the day Danny posted it, lots of enthusiastic potential participants been asking questions and inputting personal thoughts and opinions. I hope you guys have gotten a satisfy reply from the organizer and I personally appreciate those feedbacks from you guys ya.
The 2008 National series is just around the corner, taking this opportunity I would like to share my personal experience and the benefits that I have gain from participating in series races for the past few years. I guess the history should began with thanking Mr. Thomson Chong (JSA) where he started the JSA 7 rounds series from November 2003 and ended on April 2004. In my opinions Thomson efforts have revolutionized the way off road racing have been conducted in the pass years. The series began with average participants of 30 drivers and as time flies only left back approximately 10 to max of 12 guys racing for the remaining series. Although is a small crowd I have not gave up racing coz the track was so challenging where full up big jumps, followed by multiple jumps and etc. I have never experience this sort of fun before and I have learned so much to up grade my driving and jumping skills. At the end of the series I finished 3rd overall with Jessel (HPC) being the champ. Read more... (1224 words, 2 images, estimated 4:54 mins reading time)

The Hobao Cup Annual 2008 Race is finally over. Interestingly the result seems to be monopolized by the Team HongNor from Singapore. So it seems. At front, we would like to congratulate Wenyi from Team Hongnor Singapore for winning the 1/8th Buggy class and almost captured the Truggy class as well. Next is of course to our buddy, Malaysian top driver, David Lim from Team Losi / Werks for Top Qualifying (TQ) the Buggy and winning the Truggy class. Well done both of you.
Moreover, from the sources we have, the Hobao Malaysia organizer, led by Mr. Thompson Chong has been reportedly done a very good job. We have done our check, it is indeed a very successful event and everytime, every year, lesser people complaint due to their awesome job on handling situation. As reported by friend, great food and if we have to mention, no marshaling job too.

The 2007 HPC International 1/8 offroad buggy and truggy race was scheduled on 15th to 16th September on weekend. Sadly our team could not be there to cover the event so we relied heavily on other report. Thankfully, first notice the result and report from RCTech forum presented by X1CR(X1R2) driver, Arghhh the nickname. The report originally from Team Xray / RB from Singapore courtesy of Team Hobbylink via RB Product Website. To them we thank you for the report. Here in full.
