Thanks to RedRC.Net again for publishing this report on the recent Top End Challenge Race at OCR Raceway. Indirectly we would like to say thanks to RubeDudeRC.com for their awesome coverage, as always, as well. Just a brief intro on the Top End Challenge. It was won by none other than the OCM / Werks driver Mr. Ian Haley. He pocketed the big $3000 prize money for winning the overall event. We found out it was raced on night time and for 3 days. Totally awesome event indeed.

Yes, OCM Racing USA has now a new star driver. He is a former 1:10 Electric Off Road 2WD World Champion and 2005 Roar Nats TQ. He is non other than Billy Easton. He also has joined with TQ Fuels. Billy will not only be the star driver but also in charge of R & D for the North American team testing OCM and TQ Fuel products ensuring the best possible for the end consumer. thats what neobuggy.net updates us here through email. I haven’t seen it elsewhere. This is a great news, especially to OCM loyalist and future racer. I am sure with the addition of Billy and together with Ian Haley, I am really sure, 2007 will be an exciting year for them. I hope them the best. Especially to my Malaysian OCM racers. this is like a moral motivation.

Not only travel a lot he also busy taking pictures… damn man. How in the world you can concentrate with your driving and setup if you keep taking lots of pictures. Good picture some more. Hahahaha. UPDATED WITH ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO FROM LKH!
Just get this link from LKH(rctech). OCM really flies above and beyond the massive 3 jumps at HPC Track. How cool to see this. I thought only Charlee(Thailand) can do this. Awesome. Just awesome. And i was told LKH did it like 100 times during the qualifying and finals… until something broke. Now, thats what full testing is all about!

Yea, its about time for our own local review. We just can’t take words from their own mouth(the OCM guys), u know. we only believe until we see it and use it. I can’t comment. I dont have one but my friend do. He got quite a nice interesting review on the OCM DT-19 Pro buggy. And even compares to other buggy.. of which i cant mention here now… until this 10pm(local Malaysian time).
