Ultimate Racing has come out with new version of their European Championship winning Compak Clutch and that is the Ultimate Racing Compak Clutch V2. It shipped pre assembled with the attention to make easier even for the beginners while still perfectly matched for the pro competitor drivers in you.

The range of springs are increased too to cater for different type of driving style for different type of track conditions. The diameter of the clutch is 34mm. It fits the RC8 Buggy and Xray 808.

Tekno RC 1/8th Elektri – Clutch

Watching with all the latest trend in RC world, where every manufacturer, well most of them, converting their nitro designs to the latest rc brushless electric world, news of new product on electric conversion came no surprise to us anymore. Nevertheless, one company that we found stood taller than others. They are of course from Tekno RC.

They came long way since the Traxxas T-Max Monster Truck with the adjustable wing, at least to our limited knowledge we read from only the rc magazine. Fast forward to today, they have come up with most everything you need especially in the offroad electric world [no need to mention for the nitro stuffs - they have a lot too]. The latest is their 1/8th Elektri-Clutch.

Tekno RC continues to push the boundaries of the evolving 1/8th brushless class. The new Elektri-Clutch adapter is compatible with most 3-shoe clutch systems and clutch bells (Ofna, Mugen, Kyosho, AE, Hot Bodies, etc). Racers looking for smart weight savings and optimized rotating weight will benefit from using XRAY’s new optional lightweight XCA clutchbell made from CNC-machined premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, hardcoated for extra durability and long life.

The new clutchbell has reducing rotating weight without sacrificing strength or durability. Significant weight savings over standard clutchbell: original clutch bell (6.25g), optional lightweight clutchbell (2.75g).

Precision machined with highest tolerances using premium fully-automatic German CNC machines. High-quality hardcoating is done at XRAY’s own in-house fully-robotic hardcoating line, ensuring a perfect hardcoated surface every time.

SIIM Racing new complete clutch

We talked about the SIMM PGR engine but now here a good news for its fan, the complete SIIM Racing Clutch come with three (3) sets of springs, 1.1, 1.0 and 0.9mm. Carbon, Teflon and Aluminium clutch shoes.
